The Registrar of the university, Mrs. Oguntunde Atinuke A., has released an important circular on behalf of the school management, addressing all students concerning school fees payment for the 2024/2025 academic session.
The circular begins with congratulatory remarks to both new and returning students for successfully completing their academic activities in 2024. However, to ensure a smooth and hitch-free academic experience in 2025, students are reminded of the need to adhere strictly to the school’s financial policies.
Starting from Monday, 6th January 2025, when the school resumes, all students are required to pay at least 50% of their school fees. Failure to meet this requirement will result in serious academic consequences, as students who do not comply will be barred from participating in the mid-semester examinations and the 2024/2025 harmattan semester examinations.
The management advises all students, both returning and fresh, to take advantage of the holiday period to fund their portals and settle their fees as required. This measure is aimed at ensuring that students are adequately prepared for the semester and avoid disruptions to their studies.
“On behalf of the management, I congratulate our new students and the entire students of the university for a successful completion of academic studies in 2024.
“To experience hitch-free studies in 2025, all students are hereby advised to endeavour to pay at least 50% of their school fees starting from Monday, 6th January, 2025, when school resumes.
“For avoidance of doubt, any students who fail to pay ‘at least 50% of their school fees’ will not be allowed to take the mid-semester examinations and the 2024/2025 harmattan semester examination.
“Given the above, all students (both returning and fresh students) are implored to seize the opportunity of the break to fund their portal and pay up as appropriate.
“On behalf of the management, I wish you a pleasant Christmas and New Year holiday.”
Students are urged to comply with this directive to avoid any inconvenience when academic activities resume in 2025.
